Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipment confirmation email provides the carrier and tracking details once an order leaves our Texas fulfillment operation.
Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Tracking begins updating after the carrier accepts the package.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number directly with the carrier to follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can help resolve it quickly. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.
