We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
For food safety reasons, opened food and beverage items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Perishable items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
